About: Born and raised in Los Angeles, I have enjoyed spending time exploring many Jewish communities around the world and meeting fascinating people. Having received my Rabbinic ordination from Rabbi Zalman Nechemiah Goldberg of Jerusalem, I am currently completing my Rabbinic training at the Ohr Lagolah Hertz Leadership Training Program at Yeshivas Ohr Somayach in Jerusalem. This is Yehuda Goldman and I need your help!
I will B’Ezras Hashem be getting married in Detroit on August 5th (Tu B’Av). There are three needy couples getting married that same night in Yerushalayim. Two of them are unfortunately orphans. The other comes from a large family in which the father is blind.
They have nothing. I want us to help them!
I have secured a $10,000 matching grant that states that if I collect $10,000, the donors will match that. Thus far, we have raised over $5,500!
Yes, times are tough; please think about these three young couples who sit on the cusp of their bright future, for them times are even tougher.
